We want you to love the video you make with Glinded. Our promise is simple: you can ask for a full refund of your one-time payment any time before you download the finished video. If something isn’t right, we would rather give your money back than have you keep a video you’re not happy with.

1. When you’re eligible for a full refund
Your one-time payment unlocks building and downloading your full video. You are entitled to a 100% refund of that payment, for any reason, as long as you have not yet downloaded the finished video. You don’t need to justify the request — change of mind is reason enough.
2. After you’ve downloaded your video
The finished video is delivered as a file you keep and can share. For that reason, once you have downloaded the finished video, the payment is non-refundable. Downloading is the point at which you’ve received the product you paid for, so we’re unable to refund it after that — much as a meal can’t be returned once it’s been eaten.
If your video failed to generate, downloaded corrupted, or you were charged in error, that is not a completed delivery — contact us and we’ll make it right, including a full refund where appropriate.
3. How to request a refund
Email help@glinded.com from (or quoting) the email address you used at checkout, and let us know you’d like a refund. That’s all we need.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Refunds are typically issued within a few business days of your request; once issued, it can take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the funds, which is outside our control.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in effect on the date you paid. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
